Hard to believe this song is 25 years old now. I of course wasn’t born until 1989 so I didn’t get to hear it when it first came about . . . seriously this is one of the greatest songs I ever heard and all the artists did such a wonderful thing to benefit the unfortunate. I wonder who would do it today?
It’s hilarious… actually. U.K, the U.S. and Canada made videos.
#1 – Canada: “Tears are not Enough”
Great lyrics.
#2 – U.K. – “Do they know it’s Christmas?”
Good song… lousy lyrics… of course, they don’t know it’s Christmas.. most in that part of Africa don’t celebrate it.
#3 – Kenny Rogers, Steve Perry and a couple of others made this worthwhile… otherwise brutal lyrics… (WE are the world?).. uh, no, the U.S. is not the world!

Sure, Paul Simon (part of the famous duo Simon & Garfunkel), Steve Perry (singer of the american band Journey) and Cindi Lauper, she doesn´t need any intro, gret opo singer from the ’80s. rgds.
